Pricing
A single credit-based product. No feature gates.
During early access, Qualiask is free. When billing goes live, you pay per conversation captured and per analysis you run — not a seat, not a tier. Exact per-unit prices are tuned with real usage and published then.
Free during early access
No card to sign up. Billing arrives with the longitudinal milestone; until then, everything is free.
Two metered layers
When a respondent consents, one capture unit is debited at the price locked when the wave went live. It bundles the interview and the anonymization step — the work that makes the transcript safe to keep. No-shows are never charged.
Per-user readings and aggregate synthesis are metered per run, on demand. Nothing runs automatically. Re-runs are new versions, never overwrites.
À-la-carte models
Pick the AI model per stage — interview, per-user analysis, aggregate — from every provider that passes a no-train, no-retain bar. Price follows the model you choose and the work it does, not a fixed tier.
Two guardrails
A multi-model panel, not selectable — a miss leaks identity and the respondent can't choose. Its blended cost is baked into every capture unit.
The cheapest interview model is still good enough. A bad interview can't be re-collected, so the floor is a moving capability bar, not a pinned model.
No feature gates
Every capability is available to everyone. What isn't free is priced by function or is a milestone matter (not built yet) — never a paywall inside the product.
For institutions
Institutions running multi-year studies fund the same wallet through institutional procurement — invoice, prepay, contract — not a second pricing model. Self-serve, no deal-making.
