Accepting these terms
Creating an account or participating in a study means you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the service.
Accounts
One researcher account per person. Keep your credentials safe; activity under your account is your responsibility. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended.
Participating in a study
You join through a link or code from the researcher — no account needed. Your conversation is yours: revisit or delete it any time via the private link you were given. That link is the key; possession is access, so keep it safe.
Acceptable use
No automated flooding, no hostile garbage interviews, no unlawful content, no probing other people's data. Low-quality or adversarial sessions may be ended early and flagged.
Content and ownership
Study content belongs to the researcher who made it; your words belong to you, with the study's consent covering how anonymized findings may be shared. Exports carry pseudonyms — never the decoding map.
Billing
Free during early access. Billing arrives with the longitudinal milestone as a single credit-based product: conversations are metered when a respondent consents, analyses are metered per run, and models are chosen à-la-carte. Exact prices publish then; this page updates when they do.
Availability
During early access the service is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis, without an availability guarantee. Maintenance windows happen.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
